The housing statistics are out for Montgomery County April 2010.   Interest rates are still low and values are good.  The market continues to improve.   I have seen some appreciation in Montgomery County and there has been a lot of great activity recently.  Things seem to be moving in the right direction.  Please click here to view the April report.
