Home prices in Bethesda have  been increasing and some areas in Montgomery County as well.  Iventory is way down but is starting to pick up a little which is good! The housing market continues to improve.  Interest rates are rising and the tax credit will be expiring on April 30th 2010.  Now is the time to buy before this great incentive expires.  Below you will see a graph chart regarding single family homes in Bethesda.
